 DD Green Venture Breaks Ground on Landmark 200 KW Solar Project in Bumthang

In a significant step towards Bhutan's sustainable energy future, DD Green Venture, has initiated a landmark 200-kilowatt (KW) ground-mounted, grid-tied solar installation in Tamzhing, Bumthang, the project will be undertaken and completed within 3 months. The plant on commissioning  is expected to generate average 0.85 MWH per day. 

This pioneering project is strategically designed to leverage the region's abundant solar resources. By delivering a consistent and clean power supply, it will directly support local energy demands and significantly reduce reliance on conventional energy sources.

More than just a power generator, the Tamzhing installation will serve as a benchmark for large-scale renewable energy development in the kingdom. It will showcase the innovative solar technologies championed by DD Green Venture, paving the way for future projects that aligns with Bhutan's deep-seated commitment to environmental stewardship and energy independence.
